Description:
This exceptional wine is the end result of a first-class mineral soil.
Impregnated by the scent of pear, tea leaf and citrus fruits; fresh and
sweet, it starts and ends a meal beautifully, a true companion. A fresh & pleasant wine, with very well balance between acidity and fruitiness. Food match: Ideal to be served as festive aperitif & with salads, appetizers & seafood dishes. Tasting notes: 2007 vintage: "Bouquet
of grapefruit, apple, quince and banana. Dry and medium to full-bodied,
with lots of banana and ripe apple and citrus on palate. Very ripe and
round in the mouth with nice weight. Well blended as varieties
complement each other without any variety overpowering the others." Lindsay Groves - Jul 24, 2008 Awards:
